Website Terms

Last updated: October 15, 2026 · Official Operating Terms for thesevent3.com

Welcome to SEVENT3. These Website Terms govern your access to and use of thesevent3.com.

Please review these terms alongside any formal commercial agreements entered into with our agency.

1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Sevent3 Marketing, operating under the SevenT3 brand, with studios in Dubai (The Meydan Hotel Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE) and New York (144-32 Liberty Ave, Jamaica, NY 11435, New York, USA).

These terms concern use of thesevent3.com. Paid projects are governed by the proposal, statement of work (SOW), and service agreement accepted by both parties.

Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote does not, by itself, place an order or create a binding commercial obligation.

2. Website Information

Our pages describe the creative and digital services we offer. Scope, availability, price, and delivery dates are confirmed in writing for each individual project.

Examples, case studies, and concept visuals illustrate our creative approach and craftsmanship; they do not promise or guarantee a particular commercial outcome or sales metric.

3. Using the Website

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, hosting servers, or underlying databases.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation or performance of the website.
  • Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, scripts, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate another person, company, or entity, or submit material you have no right to share.

Account credentials or sensitive files should only be transmitted through separately agreed, secure channels.

4. Website Content and Third-Party Rights

All website content, layout, design, animations, and proprietary materials belong to SevenT3 or their respective rights holders. You may view and link to public pages, but reproduction or commercial reuse requires prior written permission unless applicable law expressly permits it.

Client logos and portfolio materials remain subject to their respective owners’ intellectual property rights. Display in our portfolio does not imply endorsement beyond the actual professional relationship.

5. Project Scope, Pricing and Approvals

The signed project agreement specifies deliverables, formats, included concepts, revision rounds, client inputs, fees, taxes, third-party costs, milestones, review periods, and acceptance procedures.

Changes, new feature additions, or out-of-scope revisions are assessed and agreed in writing before additional work starts.

6. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

Payment dates, milestone deposits, suspension rights, cancellation charges, and any refundable amounts must be explicitly stated in the accepted project agreement.

These website terms do not introduce an automatic non-refundable deposit. Cancellation schedules address completed milestones, committed external production costs, and any unused prepaid amounts, subject to applicable mandatory statutory rights.

7. Deliverable Rights

The project agreement identifies what rights are assigned or licensed, when they take effect (typically upon full settlement of agreed invoices), whether editable source files are included, and any exceptions.

Fonts, stock assets, soundtrack music, plugins, third-party platforms, open-source software, and pre-existing toolkits may carry separate licences. Trademark clearance and legal registration require independent counsel.

8. Confidentiality and Portfolio Use

Confidential project materials are handled strictly according to the signed project agreement.

Portfolio publication, client names, and logo usage follow agreed permission, commercial launch timing, and confidentiality restrictions. We do not treat the absence of an NDA as blanket permission to publicise unreleased work.

9. Third-Party Services and Ongoing Support

Hosting, domains, third-party software subscriptions, advertising spend, and external platforms are included only where expressly specified in the scope of work.

Maintenance, code updates, and technical support periods must be defined in writing. Third-party service terms and platform rules may apply independently.

10. Results, Availability and Liability

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, algorithmic AI citations, advertising returns, sales conversions, or trademark approvals. Availability and performance depend partly on third-party systems, network infrastructure, and agreed implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEVENT3’s liability arising under or relating to a project agreement is limited as set forth in that agreement, preserving all non-waivable statutory consumer protections.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to this website or project engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, or the State of New York, USA for Americas-contracted entities, with courts of competent jurisdiction having exclusive dispute resolution authority, subject to the specific dispute forum agreed in the accepted project contract.
